Do you ship parts internationally?
Yes — we regularly ship to Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, the US and the EU. We handle export documentation; the customer typically handles import duties.
What's a typical lead time on in-stock parts?
3–5 business days from order confirmation for items marked "In stock" on the Product page. Refurbishment programs vary by scope — typically 6–14 weeks.
Do you offer warranty on refurbished tools?
Yes. Refurbished tools come with a standard 6-month parts warranty plus on-site support during the qualification period. Extended terms available on request.
Can you support tools not listed on the Business page?
Sometimes. We focus on Canon, TEL/DNS and AMAT — but adjacent systems (LAM, Nikon, ASML) come up regularly through our parts network. Ask and we'll tell you straight.
